By using this website or engaging DEVIT SOLUTION for services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
DEVIT SOLUTION provides WordPress, WooCommerce and related web development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed with the client in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, content and access needed for the project in a timely manner, and confirm they have the right to use all materials they supply.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed per project. Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom work created for them, excluding third-party plugins, themes, fonts and libraries, which remain under their own licenses. DEVIT SOLUTION may display completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Revisions and support
The number of revisions and any post-launch support period are defined in each project agreement. Additional work is quoted separately.
Limitation of liability
While we take care to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party hosting, plugins or services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
